Cohen Investment Group implemented a select value-add capital expenditure program to improve interior and exterior facets of the property, and in just under two and a half years of ownership CIG was able to significantly improve NOI.

• River Breeze Apartments, built in 1973

Cohen Investment Group acquired this property on November 19, 2019 and sold it on May 5, 2022.
